At Ward Gethin Archer, we are always proud to recognise the dedication, expertise, and hard work of our team members. Following our recent Directors’ Meeting, we are absolutely delighted to announce three well-deserved promotions at Director level across our regional offices.
We are pleased to welcome two of our Senior Associates to the Board of Directors: Laura Leventhall and Laura Ruffell.
Laura Leventhall operates within our Commercial Property department at our Tuesday Market Place office in King's Lynn. Since joining Ward Gethin Archer in 2024, Laura has become an integral part of the team.
Reflecting on her promotion, Laura said:
"I am absolutely delighted to be promoted to the role of Director at Ward Gethin Archer in the Commercial Department. This is a milestone I have been working towards (since I began my training contract 16 years ago!), and since joining the Firm in 2024, I have had the benefit of all the Directors’ guidance to help me reach my goal. I feel very fortunate to have reached this point with the support of such a wonderful team, and I am excited to continue working with colleagues across the Firm to help shape its future success."
Laura Ruffell, based in our Ely office, has been promoted to Director within our Private Client department. Her promotion highlights her legal expertise and outstanding commitment to her clients.
Speaking about her new role, Laura shared:
"Being promoted to Director is a significant milestone for me and reflects the years of effort and commitment I’ve put into my career. I am proud to be part of WGA and excited for the opportunity to grow into this new role."
In addition to our new Director appointments, we are thrilled to announce that Caroline Billings has been promoted to a Shareholder role within the firm.
Caroline joined Ward Gethin Archer earlier this year as a Director and Head of Private Client, working out of our Regis Place office in King's Lynn. Her swift progression to Shareholder is a testament to her leadership and vision for the department.
Caroline commented:
"I am very pleased to be part of a team that is committed to delivering a high standard of service, and I am excited to contribute to the firm’s future and to further develop our services, particularly in Court of Protection work and private trusts."
By investing in our people and strengthening our leadership, we ensure that our clients continue to receive the exceptional, expert legal guidance they expect from us.
