Louise Fleckney

About Me

When I’m not at work, I love to travel both in the UK and abroad.

I have a keen interest in history and enjoy visiting National Trust Houses and Gardens.

I enjoy going to the theatre and attending comedy clubs both locally and in London with my friends and family.

My Work History & Experience

I studied Law at the University of Leicester and graduated with a 2:1 degree in 2010. I then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York and graduated with a distinction in 2011.

My legal career began in 2011 when I joined a local law firm as a Paralegal in the residential property department. I started my Training Contract at the same firm in 2014 and qualified as a solicitor in June 2016.

I have been specialising in Residential Conveyancing since June 2016.

My Time at Ward Gethin Archer

I joined Ward Gethin Archer in March 2017. I am part of the Residential Property Team in King’s Lynn and deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing.

I act on the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties together with equity releases, remortgages, transfer of equity and voluntary first registrations.

I love working as part of a close team of conveyancers at such a forward-thinking local law firm.

What I Can Do For You

I strive to provide clients with a personable experience and to ensure their transaction completes as quickly and as stress free as possible.

I pride myself on my friendly and caring approach to my clients.
