I joined Ward Gethin Archer in 2025 as a Senior Associate and bring over 10 years of experience in Private Client law.

I advise individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of personal legal matters, with a particular focus on estate planning, Wills, trusts, administration of estates and matters involving mental capacity.

Within the firm, I also contribute to the development of the department by mentoring junior colleagues, sharing best practices, and helping to maintain the high standards of service that Ward Gethin Archer is known for. My Work History & Experience

I started my legal career studying Law at the University of East Anglia. I trained with a regional practice in Suffolk and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Since qualifying, I have specialised exclusively in the private client area.

I am a fully accredited member of both STEP (Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners) and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers.

I am also a “Dementia Friend” and regularly advise clients on mental capacity issues, helping them make informed decisions with confidence and sensitivity.

What I Can Do For You

I am passionate about supporting clients with clear, practical and friendly advice to suit their individual needs. Whether it is preparing straight-forward Wills, setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney, navigating estate administration, or planning for inheritance tax, I make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

I understand the emotional challenges that can come with planning for the future or dealing with loss, and I offer a professional, empathetic, and efficient service throughout.

I help my clients plan for the future and deal with all legal issues surrounding death and incapacity. This may include providing for a surviving partner while protecting interests of any children, or advising on ways to reduce inheritance tax on their death.

I have particular focus on the following topics:

-          Will preparation

-          Administration of estates

-          Financial and succession planning

-          Lasting Powers of Attorney

-          Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney

-          Court of Protection applications

About me

I live in a small Suffolk village with my young family and excitable cockapoo.

With three young children, life is always busy, but I enjoy making the most of my time outside the office by going on holiday whenever possible.

I am also actively involved in the local community and I serve on the committee of our village pre-school and regularly coach and umpire junior netball sessions.

I have a keen interest in most sports, particularly following the highs and lows of Ipswich Town Football Club.
