Bethany Buendia

About Me

I was born in the Philippines but moved to the UK when I was 8 years old, and grew up in a small town in Suffolk.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, socialising with friends and travelling. I also play basketball with a Cambridge team.

I speak Tagalog and Hiligaynon.

My Work History & Experience

I attended the University of Derby and graduated with First Class LLB Degree in 2016. When I was university, I was secretary for the Women’s Basketball team (Second Year) and Vice President for the Law Society (Third Year). After graduating, I was fortunate to work at a local high street firm in my hometown where I first worked as a case worker and then to a fee earner. Whilst working, I completed my Legal Practice Course with BPP Law School Cambridge in 2019.

I have been working in residential property since 2016.

My Time at Ward Gethin Archer

I joined Ward Gethin Archer in November 2021 as a Conveyancer in the Residential Property Team. I started my training contract in February 2022 and was admitted as a Solicitor in February 2024.

What I Can Do For You

Moving homes can be considered to be one of the most stressful events a person can encounter, and I am empathetic and understanding towards my clients during this time. I strive to make the transaction as smooth as possible and pride myself in having a friendly approach to my clients.

I can assist in freehold sale and purchases, transfer of equity, first registrations and remortgages.
